Our company takes great pride in providing the highest quality natural stone fountains. Due to the fact that all of our fountains are handmade from natural stone, each fountain is unique in size, shape color and surface texture. No two fountains are ever the same. While we strive do do our best to insure that the fountains pictured in our catalog/website are the same as what you order, please
understand that variations will exist. Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with your fountain purchase, we will accept returns and issue a merchandise credit for the cost of the item (less shipping and handling costs - they are presented on each product detail - plus a 20% restocking fee).
Returns on merchandise after 14 days WILL NOT be accepted for any reason.
All errors with orders must reported within 3 days of reciept of goods.
Returned goods must have a Return Authorization Number that will be issued by FountainField.com (please email us to recieve one) and they must be sent to the address provided with it. Please write down this number on a piece of paper and enclose it along a note stating the reason for the return.
Custom Fountains:
It takes approximately 4 weeks to manufacture a special oredered fountain. As our company is required to pay 50% non-refundable deposit to the manufacturer when ordering, please note that only 50% of payment is eligible for refund in case of return or order cancellation.
These fountains ship via Roadway Express. We are unable to process any unauthorized returns.
Returned goods must be shipped at the customers expense. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Shipping Methods We ship via UPS and Roadway Express Truck ONLY. We do not use the United States Postal Service due to the fragile nature of our products.
We do accept international orders. Shipping charges for international orders will have to be calculated on an individual basis. Payments for these orders must be made by bank transfer in advance of shipment. FountainFiled.com is not responsible for any taxes, duty or government fees associated with international orders.
Payment Methods FountainField.com gladly accepts:
Gift Certificates Our digital Gift Certificates can only be redeemed at our website. We do not ship these items to postal addresses - you will recieve it via email.
They cannot be redeemed or returned for cash, cannot be redeemed for other Gift Certificates,nor are they transferable to orders laready placed.
No sales tax applies to the purchase of a Gift Certificate but if applicable, sales tax will be charged on the item purchased with a Gift Certificate.
Discounts and coupons cannot be applied toward buying a Gift Certificate.
Price Protection If you find a lower advertised price (including shipping, handing and any other surcharges) on an identical branded item with the same features currently available for sale from another retail store's online site, FountainField will refund 100% of the difference for you. In order to get your refund you need to E-mail us the competitor's URL.
